This afternoon the Hit Network’s Carrie & Tommy revealed Grammy, BRIT, Golden Globe and Oscar award winning artist Sam Smith will perform an exclusive invite only virtual World Famous Rooftop next month. Listen here.

Sam has a brand-new album Love Goes which will be released on 30 October and he already has two smash singles from it - My Oasis and new single Diamonds which showcases Sam’s unforgettable vocals at their best with a defiant tale of love lived without regret.

Sam Smith’s music has been streamed over 30 billion times and his debut and sophomore albums are No.1, multi-platinum selling records in Australia, the UK and US.

For Love Goes, Sam has enlisted a roll call of revered collaborators, from Steve Mac (Ed Sheeran, Celine Dion), Shellback/MXM (Robyn, Pink, Britney Spears), Labrinth (Love Goes title track), masterminds Stargate as well as good friend Guy Lawrence (Disclosure) and long-term collaborator Jimmy Napes, to curate a collection of songs written over the last two years, all displaying individuality with every one telling a different story.

Hit Network listeners will have a rare and special opportunity to win tickets to be part of Sam Smith’s virtual World Famous Rooftop on Wednesday 4 November by listening to the Hit Network across the next two weeks.

On Thursday 5 November, Carrie & Tommy will play back a selection of live tracks from Sam’s World Famous Rooftop performance during their drive show.  The streamed performance will also be available for a limited time via the Hit website for any winners who missed it (or who want to watch it again!).  This delayed view option will only be available to original winning ticket holders and only for a limited time.
