The Hamish & Andy podcast on LiSTNR has taken the number one crown as Australia’s most popular podcast for the fifth consecutive month on the Australian Top 100 Podcasts Ranker*, with almost 950,000 monthly listeners.
LiSTNR also dominated Australian podcasts with eight podcasts in the Top 20 and five top podcasts in their genres.
LiSTNR, in partnership with Schwartz Media, has the no.1 news podcast, 7am, which jumped three places on the Australian Podcast Ranker to the fourth most popular podcast.
Triple M Footy AFL is the nation’s no. 1 sports podcast, also improving three places on the Ranker, while The Howie Games hosted by Mark Howard, rose five places to sit among the top 20 podcasts.
It’s A Lot with Abbie Chatfield is Australia’s no. 1 entertainment/culture podcast and continues its inexorable rise, jumping seven places in the top 20.
Other LiSTNR podcasts in the top 20 include daily news program The Briefing, Triple M’s Rush Hour with JB & Billy, and Just the Gist hosted by Rosie Waterland and Jacob Stanley.
LiSTNR podcasts ranked in the Top 50 Australian podcasts included Triple M Melbourne’s The Marty Sheargold Show, Hamish & Andy’s Remembering Project, The Scorecard with Liam Flanagan, Triple M Rocks Footy NRL, Motley Fool Money, Matt & Alex – All Day Breakfast and The National Briefing.
The Younger Man, LiSTNR’s new audio rom com podcast series, has made its debut in the Podcast Ranker Top 100, while That’s Enough Already with Urzila Carlson has jumped 17 places and into the Top 100.
