Santa & Jackie O Deliver Toys to Sydney Children’s Hospital

The Kyle & Jackie O Show and The Christmas Factory delivered almost 7,000 toys to the Sydney Children’s Hospital in Randwick yesterday to finish off the radio year thanks to its annual toy drive – gifts were collected by the 2Day FM street team at 18 sites throughout Sydney over the past few weeks.

With Kyle jolly in his Santa suit and Jackie his little helper, Sydney’s number one radio duo put the sparkle back into Christmas for families dealing with illness at the festive time of year.

The Sydney Children’s Hospital Christmas Toy Drive was initiated by The Kyle and Jackie O Show last year with 1000 gifts donated.  The jump to 7000 this year is a true testament to the generosity of Sydney listeners and commitment of The Kyle & Jackie O Show to giving back to the community.

Derek Bargwanna, 2Day FM Content Director said, “The toy drive is one of the show’s favourite activities of the year, and a true representation of its love of helping people wherever possible.  A huge thank you to our very loyal fans. We couldn’t do it without you!”

Allison Marley, Manager, The Christmas Factory said, ““The Christmas Factory is a unique destination store hosting over 50,000 square feet of Christmas Family Fun. We are honored to be part of the Kyle and Jackie O’s Christmas Toy Drive to help share some Christmas joy with kids and families at the Sydney Children’s Hospital this year.”
